The Sound is nothing short of AMAZING.. 1.35's are EXCELLENT!! I noticed a huge difference from my last pax set.

Thats what happen if you add rear and side tweaks for bass and treble lol.

As a side note to other having similar issues, I recently upgraded my File Server from an old Socket 604 pin Xeon to an AMD Phenom 9850 and a Gigabyte AMD 790GX Chipset MB with an onboard Azalea HD Audio Codec.

Well, it seems the IGP and the driver set from AMD/ATi have direct support for HDMI audio via this onboard audio codec, so I too had to reanable my onboard sound and just leave it on with my Audigy 2 card as well, they seem to play nice together so far

I wonder if it's a design issue with the onboard audio codecs and the motherboard chipset that they are so intertwined together that by disabling the onboard audio you are causing other issues with the onboard gpu ???

The onboard audio codec is from Realtek, which is what most of them are now a days; I just update the drivers as neccessary when a new release is made and so far so good with both driver packs installed at the same time.

When I was having audio cutoff issues with the Audigy before the PAX v1.2xx release I was using the onboard audio codec without any issues like this at all.

Maybe the trick is to now leave the onboard audio codec enabled and just install it's driver pack along side of the PAX/Creative drivers too ???

I have the same problem with my Audigy 1. Either stick with all-OS 1.20 or take Creative's official Beta drivers from 5th of October.

Ya guys if you can't used audigy v1.25 set please used the currect stable edtion I rework used old drivers updated tweaks soon I wasn't sure if new betas work good or not lol Everone please used the audigy all os v 1.20 set it's most stable I will updated that stable set soon with newer tweaks. First I want to say:
Keep going robert, you are doing a fantastic job to make the owners of soundcards happy

Now to the point:
I've just bought a Auzen prelude Xfi.
I've downloaded the driver for this soundcard: 1.05 which is in the header of this topic. Even though they sound great, the software can't detect the soundcard. When I'm installing this driver, there are 3 times where I get 3 errors. At the audio console, volumepanel and audio panel(the nice skin from creative) It says something with DoInstal. Eventually the driver keeps installing and finish the installation. When i start up, the software can;t see the soundcard, but I DO have sound, and the spdif also works but I can't change a thing......

Do any of you experience this problem? Someone have a solution for this, or am I just doing something wrong?:P

Worst case we can use crossloop program and I'd can work on your pc

I'm using Audigy winter pack version for my A2 Platinum eX and found some treble distortions and crackles if I set it more than 70 percent. And still, EAX panel and MediaSource Organizer are not working at all

I'm using Audigy winter pack version for my A2 Platinum eX and found some treble distortions and crackles if I set it more than 70 percent. And still, EAX panel and MediaSource Organizer are not working at all
