Youp_Pax_AudigyXFIV4.02.00 dont work on my Audigy 2 ZS (XP32bit - english).
Get the error: "Installation is unable to continue because of one or more unresolved issue. Please contact support services and quote "Error I-001"".
Bluescreen if i try to uninstall the broken driver.
As recommended i didn't install the Audio Console and used Driver Cleaner to red rid of the old driver!

Do you think you could take a look into the problem with the Audigy Cards and 4GB of Memory corrupting EAX support? I got an Audigy 4 in my System running with XP 64 and 4GB of Ram but unfortunately i can´t use the card or rather don´t want to use it as a stereo soundcard because of the drivers..

I tried every driver i could get a hold of (including all of your drivers for audigy) but couldn´t get my card to work properly.. At first the X-fi had exactly the same problem (4GB Ram corrupting Hardware Acceleration - - > no EAX) but creative fixed that problem for the x-fi

Apparently there is a fixed driver package for Vista (not from creative) which allows the Audigy cards to work properly with 4GB of Ram under Vista but it won´t work for XP.

It would be really nice if you could please take a look into that

Is that diference noticable? or is it just ... And what about software? is it same looking as original? Can i see somewhere how it looks like if it's diferent?

Ya I'm working on xfi youp pax 2008 beta suite I'm trying get the drivers right first before I can do the suite next
But then again I don't think it won't work with audigy cards. Because it needs xfi cards to work the software.

New drivers be out pax site sometime after noon. For xp. Audigy and xfi. I fix audigy issue should be much easyer to installed this time around .

Well I just tried your version 4.03 and still no luck with the dolby / dts tabs. I did find that the ctdvda2k.sys file in your oem version is newer than the one supplied with the current driver. id did swap it and still no luck.

maybe I will just have to reinstall the old ones every time I want to hook up a dolby device.

To installed Uninstalled from deviced manager
Then used driver heaven cleaner.
Reboot.
Then installed the drivers.
Audigy users please don't installed audio console it's not for you.
Please reboot after installing.
If error box pop up after installin on audigy cards just hit ok. Drivers are installed. Then reboot.

I am actually using your oem driver and it has the dolby /dts tabs. If you could ask your friend what the deliverances is I would appreciate it. Heck if I knew how to do it I would do it myself and let U work on the Vista version. I would upload the change and U could package it. Just a thought.

Hey Robert.
Installed Youp_Pax Audigy-XFI-XP V4.03.00.
1. The default setting is digital output only. (i was wondering i couldnt hear sound after installation-reboot )
2. The recording-input-setting "microphone +20dB" is broken.
I have to set it every time i start the system. Everytime you open the window the "hook" is gone.
3. EAX effect intensity is 100% by default. I cant remeber if it should be like this.

No Crashes so far.

Has this been verified not to work on Vista 64?
I know its not a signed driver.

Anyway, Vista 64 asked me if I wanted to install the driver even though it wasnt signed.

It didnt work in the end though.

The newest version fails on my vista x64 with the same error you posted in the other thread. The previous version ([COLOR=White]Youp_Pax_Audigy_XFI_Vista1.exe[/COLOR]) installed fine and works (well crashes my system on some games, but that does the official creative driver too).

And i dont think it is signed either.

Ya I need to fix vista driver bit more it wasn't really ready yet Since I know what to do with that now it should work on audigy cards I work on this on Sunday.

Um I don't think that DD/DTS won't work on vista thats why they used ALchemyX-Fi for it Don't worry KnightRider my freind finaly has time look at my drivers I told him about the issue people having
