dogin is on a distinguished road

Does anyone have solution ti this?

re-boot PC, opengl32.dll is loaded immediatly, blocking nvoglt.dll (NVIDIA) from doing its function.

Temporary fix is: restart in safe mode; delete opengl32.dll in System32; restart ; re-copying opengl32.dll . Now OpenGL all is OK. Until PC turned off again.

The above problem is on another forum and several people have it. No one seems to know the resolution. It happens with Me and XP OS's. The recommendations made were to install the 30to40 driver fix off of guru3d.com as it relates to installing 40 series nVidia drivers over 30's without a clean install (They are all nvidia cards it is happening on). Also to clean install the 41.03 drivers to see if the fix in them would correct the problem.

I am posting here for help as this group seems to know many of the answers. Thanks for your consideration and assistance.
