Official Forceware 77.77 WHQL Certified Drivers

Here's a new set of Forceware Drivers in the shape of 77.77 WHQL Certified for Windows 2000/XP and for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition! Dated: August 11, 2005

-Support for GeForce 7800 GT
-SLI support for GeForce 6600 and GeForce 6600 LE
-New SLI rendering mode (SLI Antialiasing) for increased antialiasing performance
-Broader SLI optimizations and validation for the latest games
-Resolved SLI Antialiasing issues with some applications and generating screen shots. For a full l-ist of other issues resolved, please view the driver release notes.
-Microsoft® DirectX® 9.0c and OpenGL® 2.0 support

Downloaded & installed these yesterday, so far no problems of anykind on my rig.
Good going nVidia fast & stable drivers with certification again.

Only problem so far is in Far Cry at 1600x1200 where get occassional momentary game freezes. Seems better except for this game at this reso????

i wonder if it's because of too little memory on your graphics card at that res dogin? Though you probably have at least 256 megs...

Yeah its the 256 meg card. Worked fine on the 6X.XX drivers. Ran memory tests and Prime 95 just to see if any system probs had developed and that all looks good???? Card does not heat up and seems to work fine in other games. I did notice when the freeze occurs that the system ram led's stop moving (guess that would be normal for a freeze?). Will probaly leave the drivers on and just wait for the 8x.xx series.
