do they have the asus logo? apparentely some/all of these drivers originated with asus. which should not be a problem, just curious.

I'm just mainly wondering what custom driver would be the best, and what build it is on

neither the 7777 or 8040 are custom. unless you downloaded a 8040(&i beleive because of some of the issues with these nobody is bothering to work on them) set from somewhere. the 7777 has not been out quite long enough for somebody to customise it ,so not sure what you are asking.

The 80.40 have dynamic shadow issues with Bf2.

well I mean custom ones that don't have to be on the latest, like how would you compare the 7777 with like a customized one with OC on an older driver?

the best way would be to try that yourself as everbodys comp setup responds differently. download zp 7644 release & compare that to 7777. remember to use dc for every installation.
