someone on another forum told me that the omega drivers can improve performance, so i gave it a try. i installed, rebooted and now i have a new problem. i have been using 1280*1024@85hz before, but now i have 3 choices for the refresh rate: 75hz, 140hz and 150hz. my monitor doesn't support 140 nor 150 hz, and my eyes are bleeding from 75hz.
i have tried multires, too, which was saying it's nice to have extra resolution choices, but it isn't if i lose most of the refresh rate choices even at the "normal" resolutions...
my gpu is an nvidia geforce4 mx440 and i'm using winflop xp sp1.
not only that, but i've tried it with GTA3: SA, and it automatically sets the refresh rate to 140hz, which means not only can i not use the omega drivers normally, i can't even use them to play games. i'm uninstalling it now.
