Help a noob install DHZP

I came here, downloaded DHZP 71.89, and tried to install it. Along the way a message popped up saying that it had not passed the Windows LOGO compatibility test for Windows XP or something like that. Is this normal? Should I use that driver cleanup porgram before I install this?

Very few third party drivers are Microsoft certified due to the cost. To properly install new drivers, do the following:
  1. Download and install Driver Cleaner.
  2. Un-install your previous drivers and reboot when prompted.
  3. During reboot, press F10 before the Windows splash appears and select Safe Mode
  4. Fire-up DriverCleaner and select your previous driver
  5. Click on "Start" to remove all traces of your previous driver.
  6. Reboot back into Windows (regular)
  7. Install the new drivers.
  8. Reboot when prompted.
  9. Enjoy.
