Actually, you can use RivaTuner to unlock 4 more pipelines and one more vertex shader. This will give you the same HW config as a 6800GT/Ultra. Whether they will be functional or not is another story.
Then you could try overclocking as I heard they'll go pretty high. I'm not so sure about memory though, as it's plain GDDR. You might need additional cooling for that...
