omega problems or not?

I am currently running 2 raptors, one with omega and one with the nvida firmware(77)
This has never h&append before thats why i am not sure if this really is suppose to be like this.
I cant get 100 or 120 htz to come in any option for the monitor, anyone no why,
I ve always had 100 on the desktop and when i play cs 120(with override)
With the nvida drivers np its there but with the new omega drivers its only 85,140;160.
Any ideas?
Another small problem(while i am at it)
with the nvida i cant oc not even 1 notch
but with the omega its up and away i can go 450/1.2 but like i said its totally stock with the nvida drivers?
specs
fx-55 @12x250
dfi sli-dr xp pro sp2
ocz 520w powerstream
ocz 4200el 2.5-3-3-8 1:1 1T
2x9800u in sli
watercooled 30/40 load
Any help is very apprecated

moved to a location more likely to get it answered

I'm at my mom's house right now, or I'd test more ind epth for you...but firstly, I'm guessing you mean 2x 6800u, not 9800u, and secondly, kind of monitor is this on and do you have the latest monitor drivers?

Sorry,

First post ill try to make sure they go in the right place in future.
Yes again sorry 6800u,it was late and i have the 9800xt and the x800xt so little meory loss at my age its commen

Spyre if you know where it goes maybe you have the answer as well?
The problem is the second half of this story,
Wobbly bios screen and shacking on in windows.
Q is ,Is it my drivers my cards or my monitor?
I ve posted this problem on a lot of forums and so far not to many ideas.
I will this week swap the cards from top to bottem,Try one at a time out of sli to narrow the problem down(hopefully.
But i need to fix (or know if its normal)about the drivers or theres no point to installing the omegas again
thx in advance
joe
