Hmmm not sure he has a solid case buddy.

Way too many variables to be able to make a list of games /demos etc.

Personaly i saw 3 games that work perfectly on my system with a similar vid-card (GF3 ti500)

Need for speed hot persiut 2
Unreal Tournament 2003*
Medal of Honor allied assault*

Certain games wont even run on XP (NFS3) not that being a driver problem alone.

So if or when NVIDIA calles him up ...how is he going to respond to questions like that ?

For someone to go against a company like NVIDIA first of all he has to be able to provide proof/evidence of his case or problem.

Put simple:
On how many different system configurations has he seen this?

How many different Operating systems other than XP?

Is he 100% sure that something else isnt causing the problems like DirectX version,agp settings,bios settings in general etc etc etc......

Why dont we ask the people that dont have problems or have very few compared to older versions ??

And the tittle "detonator destroyed" ??

Gimme a break....this guy is asking for trouble .......not help.

well i can name 3 games that dont work correctly with any of the 40.xx drivers.F12001,F12002,And nascar thunder 2003.All of them will crash to desktop if you enable antialiasing in the game and all of them have a feature that you hit F-12 and you can take a screenshot.if you do that it will crash too,actually it will reboot.and it only happens with 40.xx drivers?
