Evolution Driver here

What's New ? :
- Optimization Shader 3.0/2.0 For 6800/6600/5900/5700 (Phase beta 2)
- Better management of the quality 2D/3D
- Optimisation of the reading wmv/divx for the 5900/5700
- New management of the hdr for the geforces fx 5900/5700
Bug to regulate:
Far cry (fog)
Painkiller (effect bloom)
flat out plantage on several cards nvidia and not uniquely the 5900
white lines of counter strike source
aniso in battlefield vietman and UT2K4

You can check out other comparisons in the thread titled "Let's benchmark some of these damn nvidia drivers" Copying and pasting in Firefox is a pain in the A__ on this forum for some reason.... I don't have HL2 yet so I can't benchmark with it, but you can see the other comparisons there....

Knyz these drivers Rock keep up the good work, I've had no problems with these, no texture flashing and everything runs awesome so far. Great work!

these drivers seem to work great, i changed from 66.81whql over to these 3DM01SE went from 19125 - 22685 and have played HL2 for an hour and a half with no issues on 4xAA and 8xAF game ran great, haven't tried other games or benchmarks yet, they are going really well so far.

Good day to all!! I comes to notify you of a new version of the based evolutions on the 67.20 and some novelties... Optimization for all the fx/gt games: half life 2 doom 3 cs source far cry + hdr vampire (source) etc...

Sorry zardon I was mistaken, this not step based on the 67.20 uniquely but on several versions to drive nvidia beta and official, I finished my tests and I did modifications at the level of their dll in regards to the shaders, she is called special version

Hey,

Something I think everyone at Nvidia has forgot about is that there is still ALOT of people playing Counter Strike, Team Forttress Classic and other HL Mods.

Laterly I have notice server FPS drops in CS and TFC when using any of the Newer Nvidia Drivers. 61.77, 66.81, 66.93, 67.02.

Maybe you could head towards like the Modded ATi Drivers at Techconnect. They have great direct3D and two opengl drivers that you can choose from in the install. One for Newer Opengl games and one for Older Ones like CS.

Those drivers at TechConnect for ATi (NGO made them I think), Happened to have my Laptop running TFC as good as my Desktop. Which I am really really pissed with. Cause I just brought this nice new 6800GT.

Anyway if anyone has any ideas about what Nvidia drivers will give good HL2 but still run HL1 Mods fast let me know.

Soon as I can find your new set Knyz, I am going to test run them.

This new version evolution, rule a lot of problems, good in the readme, I have not mi that the more interesting east but the problem of mod is finished, myself I play hl again and its mods with my geforce 5700, normally I am rather a moder ati but the I already know very well drive them nvidia, being given than I had several cg of themmark

but good my ati is dead and I cannot continue the evolution ati, former spirit to drive
