DMW and omega drivers

I play a game called medal of honor online on p,c we use a anticheat programme called dmw our scanner is version 2.7d and my client is version 3,
if i use the latest nvidia drivers i get motion blue ingame and bad frame rates, so i use nvidia drivers tweaked by omega 4523a which ive got to say they run FANTASTIC, and i get a better draw distance ie, less fog on certain maps
ive got a pretty new system specs
xp home
amd xp2400+ @2gig
768pc2700 ram
80 gig
and a 128 meg fx5200 with omega 4523a drivers
i use these drivers because they are better for me and i can see that,thats the whole point of omega doing these drivers right to make them better for users.
now ive been told from the admins at dmw that im going to be banned globally with my pimpkey. they say im hacking with no fog? ive never touched my dmw mohaa or drivers in anyway,that what they are intended for and they are calling me a cheat? im not im just using the best drivers for me omega drivers. is this a wrong action from them to stop people using omega drivers because that could involve 1000's of people turning your drivers down for the nvidia drivers.
any ideas on the matter.

That post threw me off. I thought someone was about to flame Omega or something. I was like what??!!!! I had to see what was happening.

BTW, BigBrownP, I thank you for your contribution concerning the Audigy 2 drivers for the Audigy and SB Live.

derek.... that is a seriously large load of BS.... have you provided those admins with a link to the drivers?

sorry its in the wrong forum my appoligies. but for real they are putting me on a world bann with dmw because i use these drivers.
and it looks like its probely going to court. so if there is any admins who know the legal terms with these drivers then any information would help me in the fight against the forces at DMW and, who gives them the rights to tell people we cant use these drivers got to be something slanderious there i think.

playing with tweaked fog is indeed a cheat...all i guess you could do is change your drivers and try and talk to the admins.

ive used these drivers well before dmw because theres the best for my system thats all, i havent tweaked fog! i get less than most people and probely more than some. what they going to say next must use a certain screen resolution so everything looks the same size to all players, turn down model curves to low and model details down so its harder to spot other players the point is when playing is to have fun and do your best! not to go in there and get the worst score or there be no point in playing,
as far as im concerned is that im not hacking or cheating im using normal stuff,and someone out there is telling me i cant(jealous springs to mind)

Just tell them to test the official 45.23 nvidia drivers with the game, they will look the same as mine, except for the extra terture detail and speed (if you are using the quality set).

If they ban my 1.4523 drivers then they must also ban the 45.23 official drivers from nvidia.

If the drivers really do decrease the amount of fog, then it would provide an unfair advantage. I can understand where the admins are coming from. I don't see why changing the draw distance should have any impact on fog.
