Problem in FX 5200 128mb MSI

Hi, im from brasil and a friend of my said to ask here for help. Pelase, HELP me!

Look, i bought yesterdar an MSI GForceFX5200 128mbDDR T128
So i installed, instaled the directx in the MSI CD and the driver in CD. (directX 9.0b)

So my problem:
2 types. In one the monitor turn of like i turned off the PC but PC didnt turned off or rebooted .... cause i was listning MP3 and it didnt stoped .. only 3 minutes later when i rseted .... It happened 2 times yesterday and 2 times today .... i used the PC all day.

Second type ... some games like NFSU i played well. But other games like homeworld 2 and Ragnarock i started the game in the menu the PC stuck and had to reboot.

So i dont know if my card is false, is dammaged or i didnt configured well ... i hope all of u can helps me ... please ...

The PC is and PCChips 810XP, with 512mb133mhzSDR, AthlonXP 2000+, GeForceFX5200 128mbDDR(the problem started when i bougth this new video card .... i used for 2 years an GForce2 with no problems), HD 80GB segate, Prolink PlayTV card and Soundblaster Live.

So .. thats it .. i hope anyone can helps me .. thanks very much .....

You might want to try download the latest drivers from nvidia's site, and download the lastest version of Direct X from Microsoft. I also recommend you re-install your chipset drivers as well.

Did you download the latest drivers?

http://www.nvidia.com

or were the CD drivers installed? If anything try and get the latest drivers and see if that fixes the issue.
