Blue Screen with FX 5200

Hi all. I'm new and someone from computer cops directed me over to you all. I'm having a blue screen problem. This happens when i play games such as Splinter Cell ...yeah ...still playing it because i keep getting blue screens at certain areas, GTA : Vice City ...when i take a mission right at the beginning ...i have to get to the party ...it crashes just before i reach the pink blinker and happens in Beyond Good & Evil ....sometimes. I have updated my driver ....56.72 already. My specs are ...P4 2.4 , XP , 256 ram , GeForce FX 5200 128 mb ....

I'm wondering if anyone here can help me. This blue screen and the com restarting are seriously pissing me off.
