XP box won't run 1.4523a

When I install your driver 1.4523 on my WinME machine, it plays URU better than anything!
However, when I try to install 1.4523a on my WinXP computer, the computer hangs, then displays a blue screen error message complaining that nvdisp.drv is stuck in a loop. After 2 or 3 reboots, the computer runs with your driver, but boots slow, and if I click on the advanced tab on the display properties page, it takes a long time for the page to show up. After another reboot, nvdisp.drv sometimes hangs again. The Computer is an HP7955 (I recommend to everyone, never buy an an HP product) 1.5G P4, 768MB, RivaTNT. Here is a copy of manifest.txt:

I understand that URU will not run on the TNT card, but I thought I would try it with your driver anyway, just in case. Even if it doesn't, I bet Medal of Honor will look lots better if I can get your driver running on XP. Thanks.
