nForce drivers + ATI

Hi, how should I go about updating my Nforce drivers, I'm using ones off the manufacturers disc at the moment and experiencing random problems and have considering updating. I used to have problems with stability after installing nForce drivers and it may be the way I am doing it, anyone help?
