Anyone know what is the cause of this?

Hi all, see this pic:

Anybody know the reason of those green dots?

Started when i installed 52.16 drivers. I only see them while surfing, either on explorer or firebird, the two i tried. Reverted back to 45.23, with which i didnt have this problem, but the dots are still there. Tried detonator RIP to clean out but no positive results.

If i scrolll out of view of an area with green dots and then scroll back the green dots may appear in different number and position. Seems to happen only with images and backgrounds.

The card is a geforce 4200ti, not overclocked.

Any ideas?
Thanks

My first guess would be a memory error on the card, simple way to check if it is a hardware issue with the card is to put it in a friends PC, or if you have another try it in that.
