Omega's Halt comp at agp440.sys??

Hey, I've used Omega drivers in the past and they were great well i grabbed the newest ones and installed them and they were working great. Until i restarted Note: My computer had not been restarted in probably 3 weeks after i installed the drivers. Well now i can pass through the WinXP loading screen but then it blackscreens. Booting into safe mode gives me a freeze at agp440.sys aka the video driver.. i have had this problem in the past a few years ago but cannot remember my solution. Should i boot disk it and attempt to delete the drivers from C:? Any ideas would help i am running on my laptop right now.
Thanks

running last known good configuration allowed me to boot into windows.. So i used the Driver Cleaner 2 to clean nvidia files and installed the new 52.16 drivers.. one problem i restart i am running default monitor with default vga driver and cannot update that driver as it is not listed as a display device in manager. Now i am confused..
