Does NV30 = GeForce FX5600?

and if so, is NVidia "dropping" it and focusing on some new GeForce line or is the FX line worthy of a purchase?

Thanks

buy a fx 5900 or ati radeon 9500 and up

the fx 5200,5600,5800 are big flops

If you can afford it, get a 9800P, if not get a 9700P, you won't be disappointed.

nv30 is the 5800, nv31 is the 5600, and nv34 is the 5200. i'd take the 9700 pro over any of those cards. it's the better bang for your buck.
