hi...

I´ve downloaded and tested your drivers...

And want to tell about a possible problem I found..

do not why..but if I install these drivers...GTA3 will not run ...

No errors, no BSOD....just wont start...thats it...

if you try with nvidia drivers 29.42, or 28.90 or others...there is no problem at all
only with omega drivers....

Besides that..I didnt found any problems....IQ was better...3DMark2001 got down about 100 points, and GLXS also (OPENGL test)....

my config is

ATHLON XP 1900+
MSI KT3 ULTRA ARU Bios 5.1
PNY GeForce 4 Ti4400 (No Oced)
256 MB SAMSUNG DDR PC2700

Default Post Great work!!!

I got to say your omega drivers really impressed me the OpenGl mode detail is unbelievable especially with a GeForce 4 ti4400. I will and plan on continuing my use of these drivers. Now that I'm done I'll remove my lips from your @$$.

I've got the same problem, used several tools to adjust the refresh rate but none of them works

Ive got no doubt that you are trying your best and cant possibly optimize things like visual quality and such for every game, but GTA3 looks horrible with the settings you have. With your drivers i decided to push the limits of my system and graphics card abit to get the best visual quality without any slowdown.

So far i have lod @ 1.3, Quincunx AA, Anisotropic filtering @ 2 and PCI texture storage at 30MB of system RAM and it looks good.

Basically even with no tweaking at all, all you need to do to get GTA3 looking sweet is to force Quincunx AA (4x AA)in Direct3D apps. The reason is because i think there are to many jagged edges with out it.

System (for reference):
Athlon 1Ghz
GF3 Ti200 Core 220Mhz RAM 480Mhz
512MB RAM
Maxtor 80Gig 7200RPM ATA133 (only at ATA66 cus of rubbish mobo)
SBLive Player 1024

Anyway it'll probably slowdown alot when the rainy weather comes with those settings. I had just Quincunx AA on before and it ran beautifully image quality very nearly the same as with those other settings turned up. Oh and GTA3 has its settings maxed out res @ 800x600 @32bpp just for reference

I just played warcraft 3 for 3 hours with them and not a single problem and it looked great (running it in opengl mode).

So far, I'm impressed.
