WoW Problem Nvidia Quadro NVS 140m

I have been using my Dell Latitude D830 for five months now to play WoW on the go, even to the point of me raiding with it. I have never had problems at all with it, until yesterday evening. Next thing I know the game runs great (40fps everywhere) except that every 30-40secs there is a screen freeze for a second, then the game runs fine again. This is really bad for gameplay to say the least. To attempt to fix this I do all appropriate windows update, then I uninstall the video driver and reinstall it, still no bueno. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help in advance.
