8600M GT full screen video

Hi all, I know everyone has probably read this about 1000 times but we are running very expensive software with embedded video. We have obviously replaced the notebooks lately from ATI video with theatre mode to Nvidia 8600M GT for the better quality notebook with no full screen video option anymore. Is there anyway to modify the registry or INF to accomplish this because the video is embedded we can not use dualview and drag to other monitor. Any help at all if greatly appreciated!
