Nvidia Omega Drivers v1.169.21 w/ Cp?

Is it possible to provide the Nvidia Omega Drivers v1.169.21 driver only without the Nvidia Control Panel?

I've tried install the omega driver with ncp but after restart , when my KIS 7.0 loads, the screen will turn blank. I guess it's something to do with KIS and the NCP.

Can anyone help me with this problem ?

I don't think the problem is between Kaspersky and the NVCP, I have KAV 7.0 installed and I have no problems, but if you suspect there is a conflict between the 2 just disable KIS from startup (using msconfig and disabling the service) until the drivers are installed and working, then re-enable it.
