Sad I Need Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a MSI nForce MotherBoard (k7n2g - ilsr) with a 32MB Video Card on board. (AMD 2000+ , 1GB PQI DDR 333 , Win2000Server)

Everything works fine until i try to play a game. I'm really a sucker for Counter-Strike but I only can play this game using Software Rendering. The Direct3D and OpenGL doesn't work !

I tried everything possible in the BIOS Setup but nothing fixed the problem .... a DirectX one, in my opinion.

I installed the latest nForce drivers for this MotherBoard, the latest Win2000 packs ... but still nothing ...

I wanted to know if this is a incompatibillity with Counter-Strike, so I also installed other games like Ghost Recon ... but nothing seems to work on my video card...

I also have blue screens from time to time when i play movies in Windows Media Player ...

Can somebody tell me what the problem is ??!!

Could it be a DirectX problem ? or has something to do with the DDR Memory I have ? (the video card uses a portion of the RAM 8M, 16M, 32M.... 128M )....

HELP ME !!!!

Check under Direct X Diagnostics to see if your acceleration stuff is enabled.

Isn't there a setting/settings where you have to go under administrator to activate functions? I remember Win2003 has some setting like this. I'm not sure but I'm sure someone can answer this quetion way better than I can.
