Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys,
i am new around here....... I would like to ask why is my detonator 43.45 detected as unofficial or uncertified drivers. i can use it but no information is displayed and there is no menu about my GF4 ti42008x in properties>settings>advanced. i am operating on windows XP Pro. i am told that Windows XP pro is better that home edition..........why is that so???????
By the way ,i have an amount of 1024MB of DDR RAM on P4 2.67, they told me that that's not necessary and that i will not make full use of it, is that true? Even gamers don't use that much............(especially on this kind'a low speed processor, that's what they told me)!!!

that is by no means a low speed processor, and 1024mb ram is future proof. currently, i sometimes go over 512mb ram usage with winxp, a game, and a few other programs running. with my pagefile on a raid array, i don't notice it much, though. winxp pro has more features and no activation compared to winxp home.

about your driver situation, though, i'm not too sure, as i don't know that much about the newest drivers.

Who is "they" you are refering too? Uninstall your drivers in the control panel/add/remove programs and reinstall them.

43.45's are not WHQL, so they are not "certified" but it doesn't matter, use them anyway, they won't hurt anything. I use them and they work great.

Try uninstalling the drivers, and using DH's driver cleaner.

The first time I installed the 43.45's I had a similar problem.
