Does any one have any info on this driver,Is this a modified INF file.If so i'll avoid this driver.

Modded Inf's don't work well with my pc.

It's not modified, this is a leaked beta driver. Lots of info about it here:

I like these. This driver has the newer CP, too, which I couldn't use with 165.01 because 165.01 was unstable for me.

I'm keeping these to replace 101.02.

I got 'em about 3 days ago on ExTreme-G site. I wasn't sure if I would upset any DH Admins by poasting links to other driver sites, so I didn't post about 'em here. Since it seems like posting links to new drivers isn't frowned upon here, the next time I see some new driver releases for nVidia XP 700 series and lower, I'll post the link here.

I'll wait for the NGO release as I hate the new CP because it doesn't allow "max frames to render ahead" changes and this is essential for so many big titles.

I'll be grabing the NGO optimized version, too. I was using the NGO optimized driver based on 97.92 (before I stuck with the 101.02), and it was nice!
