Help please!

Well i've been having this problem for months and months now no matter what drivers i use. My computer blue screens after a while. I think its an infinite loop error or somthing ireally don't know. But it is quit annoying i have the newest drivers if anyone has any ideas please tell me. And if you say install new firm ware bios please show me where to get them ecetra.
