what does the modified .inf file do?

all drivers have a inf file included.They allow the mentioned driver to work on a larger amount of graphics card from a certain date.So they should work on the 6 & 7 series cards and quite a few (listed Below).But with these being such a leap forword from the 92.91 drivers i'd expect these to be either alpha drivers or made by a card maker such as xfx for example.

the cards i have listed in the above post is copied from the accompanied inf file.These were origianly for the Quadro cards.

I'm not using these set of drivers as i usually get reandom stutters in all games for some reason.I cant say this would be the same for you.

But i like the 92.21 betas myself,but the Zeropint drivers based on them don't work to well for me.

These work with all cards listed in de "ORIGINAL" inf-file supplied by nVidia!
There is no such thing as a "MODIFIED" inf file in these packages, if you want one of those you should check out www.laptopvideo2go.com!

If you do it "right", you should have no problems installing, configuring and using these drivers in Windows/games/applications!

By doing it "right" I mean this:

1. Cut down all your overclocking options to default values and reset your PC!
2. Install the latest bios en firmwares for ALL of your hardware and reset your PC!
3. Reset your bios settings to defaults and reset your PC!
4. Reformat your partition and reset your PC!
5. Install Windows XP SP2 and update FULLY by Windows Update and reset your PC!
5.5 (After this stage I usually make an image of my partition!)
6. Install the latest chipset-drivers for your motherboard and reset your PC!
7. Install the video-drivers and reset your PC!

Now, if that doesn't work, something's really wrong with your rig!

well tryed DH 92.91 modded drivers and maxed them out and likewise in COD 2 and no glitches no hacks smooth gameplay well fps is between 25-34fps

oblivion was a fun encounter on the 84,67 i think at the begginning in the cell when the blades and emperror enters the female blade was displayed as a large yellow warning sign LOL

like the chuck patch for ATI?

These new drivers will NOT let me OC my 7950??????Coolbits are activated and Coolbits 2 installed....Whats up with this?Anybody know???.....3 hours later.....Those damn drivers took my machine down!Lost more than half my systems drivers when I re-booted.
