??? Geforce 6800

I have a Geforce 6800(Basic), and I recentlly decided to downloaded the latest, most likely last there ever will be, Omega Driver. To my luck the driver that was modified supports my card perfectlly.
So I was just wondering...
If this: Nvidia Omega Drivers 1.6693 (Forceware 66.93)
Runs fine on my computer, with really good improvement and stability.
Should I go for downloading the DHzer0point 0.8466, which still seems to be alive and updating.
Or is there not much difference I will see from 66.93 driver and the 84.66?

66.93 drivers are really old, better with the Dhzerpoint ones or the officals from nvidia. you'll have better performance and many bug fixes and new features.

Thanks!
Meh, of the trouble I had with the recent 90 series official nVidia drivers, and the nice stability and optimizations shown by a modded driver, I sure am impressed with what users themselves can achive.
So I think I will stick with modded ones for now.
Thanks again!

Using Omega's 66.93 will ensure you fair performance since that set worked like a dream on GeForce 6 series cards, but it will not get you the latest game compatibility, optimizations, and fixes. That's the only reason you would want to use the newer drivers.
