TV-out clocking sync

I have a home theater PC with PVR application. I am using a TV capture card to record broadcast interlaced PAL TV into MPEG2 (interlaced) then playing back via the PureVideo decoder (no deinterlacing) to a Nvidia 6600GT video card with component TV-out to a PAL SDTV. The interlacing stays intact from capture right through to output onto the SDTV.

The Problem is the 6600GT TV-out encoder clock appears to be free-running and not locked to the renderer FPS with ForceWare 81.98 or 84.12 drivers . The result being that the TV-out slips fields (interlaced fields) resulting in reversed presentation order of the fields to the TV, therefore causing very studdery movements on screen. I'm seeing a field slip occur between 1-5min, with each slip swapping the field order to be either correct or reversed.

Is there an alternative driver which fixes this issue, or who do I contact to request this development on an alternative driver for WinXP?
