Fps??

i got a new PCI 256mb fx5500 and when i first installed it i got constant 60fps..then later i got a constant 75fps..??? it feels like something is holding it back from going up..is there aynthing i can do??

What game are you talking about? What driver do you use, and did you change it in connection with fps going up? What is the rest of your system like?

its in counterstrike..i use 83.60 forceware...i have a dell 4600...i didnt update anything or change anthing..
