OUTOFMEMORY. HW video acceleration creation failed

Using the Cat 5.13 and getting this error in the event viewer caused by ati2mtag. Any ideas???

Nevermind. Updated my Directx with the new patch (December 20, 2005) and the issue has mysteriously dissappeared. Go figure.
