Tru,
but its nice to see ATI to come out and say something. Good to see that they are teaming up with the developers to get this fixed too.

Testing?
Yeah, they should of caught this. I wonder if they turned a blind eye seeing that they ( EA ) always points the fingers at ATI.

What a shock! Lots of game companies are quite obviously bought by nVidia. When Neverwinter Nights came out, it just DID NOT WORK ON ATI CARDS. Their advice was to downgrade to ancient (year+ old) drivers. It took them a dozen patches to finally fix the flickering and flashing on ATI cards, and even their latest patches don't always enable the high-quality water effects. Bleh. Bought by nVidia - as evidenced by the big nVidia logo tattooed on their foreheads.

It's stupid that this game is ancient dx7 and this still is sooooo damn slow when i've got a city like 20k+ but I can play games like Rallicross and ut2003 at max details with good fps.
