best drivers for counter-strike source please help

right i have been wondering for a long time now for more fps i have a ati radeon x800 gto2 unlocked to 16 pipes, amd 64 3000+ venice (overclocked).
i like to play cs source alot and i have been messing around with drivers and i have no idea wat drivers to use. i was wondering if the catalyst version 4.12 beta would be best ?

4.12??? are you mad? do you realise that the 5.11s have jus been released? Anyway, try the Omega drivers (theres a thread about them somewhere...)

yes i know medwardz but when i use the later drivers my gfx lag more in counter-strike source ... so thats why i went for the 4.12 betas becasue they are optimized for hl2

I went from 4.12 to 5.6 and had no problems. Then stopped playing HL2, got a new card and moved to 5.9.

5.11 run CSS utterly amazing..

vsync on .... 85fps solid.... even with 16x AF and 4x AA

Lag non excistant.. but nothing can fix terrible internet connections
