ATI radeon beta driver for amd64 cpu
Anyone tell me where I can find this?

The driver for Vista, regardless of processor, is available at ATI.com - lower left of the home page...

There is just an x64 driver available, nothing with beta, just final. And there is a Vista Beta 1 driver as well. Just look better, it is there
