increase overdrive memory clock limit??

Is there a reg key or something that increases the memory clocks in particular? I have a x850xt and my overdrive memory clocks are maxed. is this a fluke, can i increse it, should i monitor it while gaming and see if it comes down?? Its a bbati card.

Thanks for the time

If you run a third-party tweaker like ATI Tray Tools, PowerStrip, etc, you can adjust the clocks there. But if you want to be safe and avoid playing with something that could void your warranty, Overdrive 2 using the stock ATI drivers will adjust the GPU clock dynamicly by temperature and maybe workload. Overdrive 3 will also adjust the memory clock, but I'm not sure which flavor the 850xt has.

If you want to monitor stuff while running a game, give the OSD options of ATT a try, you can flash speeds, GPU temp, VRAM being used, etc on screen along with the FPS meter it has. (Ray Adams deserves good karma.)

thanks for the reply, i think its the od3, core and memory are scalable in ccc. I monitored the od using extend desktop of ccc while playing d3 and core and memory were good, did not move from the adjusted speed. memory sais 614 but reported 621. I tried a ati tool program long ago on my 9800xt and my fan started acting funny. I have been gunshy of them ever since.
