Anyone modify their memory settings on an X800XL?

Just wondering if it's worth it to mess around with them at all. Probably not, but I am curious.

i used ati tray tools to set the core speed of my x800xl to 422 and my memory speed to 540 and its running very nice,sempron still holding it back alot tho

If you mean CAS latency, TRCD, TRP, TrAS, write recovery, etc... just don't. It will more than likely bork a working card.
