Mouse pointer does not refresh in AOM
I was getting a crash with the latest driver from ATI for the RADEON VE card so I upgraded to the Plutonium driver and that solved the problem. The new problem is that the mouse pointer draws poorly (sometimes not at all) in Age of Mythology. The old driver had this problem also.
Intel P4 1.6 MHz Win XP / SP1 DirectX 9.0 64 MB ATI Radeon 7000 VE Plutonium XP 8.1 Any ideas? |

Try turning your hardware acceleration down a notch.

I had that same exact problems with AOM. The mouse dissappears, and has graphic anomalies.
Then I upgraded to DX9 and CAT 3.0. I would suggest that, or maybe the Latest Omega's(which are as good, if not better than Plutonium). I dont know if it was DX9 or the Cat's, but hope this helps |
