can someone please xplain how to do this.

hey guys,

im stuck, my system crashed and when i went to install my video card drivers i got an error message and now i cant play any of my games and am going crazy

there is a sticky thread but i do not understand how to do what it says.
if anyone could please explain how to do what this poster states,

it ends in this statement as the posters fix for this problem

put this in a bat file and run it:

cd /d %ALLUSERSPROFILE%
mkdir desktop

please tell me how to do that

goto start>run>type in cmd press enter, then type cd /d %ALLUSERSPROFILE% press enter and type mkdir desktop press enter once more then you can close the cmd box

or goto explorer and type %ALLUSERSPROFILE% in your address bar then in the all users folder add a new folder called desktop.

or make a new text document and rename it from .txt to .bat then open it in notepad and add the two lines and save the save then run it like you'd run a program
