Zero Service Display Error
Well ive done some research and im not the only person this has happend to, anyone know a resolution to this? I couldnt find out why this is happening to me and other people, I saw somethign somewhere about a monitor change but not in depth so im unaware what to do now, Ive followed so many threads here and no options work, someone want to post how to install a driver manually again ?

getting same message in last ati 5.13 and 5.12 drivers
don't know how to fix |
