Find atitray.ini and change opt_disable_ovr from 0 to 1.
No overclocking support for your board yet.

Ray Adams is there anyway to make the standard tweak "Geometry Instancing" be part of a 3d profile or to make it stay on all the time . Everytime I restart it is disabled.

Hi,
I have recently installed the Omega drivers based on the Cat 6.2 and I am unable to get the ATI Traytools to work.
"Unable to retrieve information from BIOS" is the error message.
I have an X1900XTX
Asus A8N SLI
2Gb Corsair 3200C2
AMD 4000+
Any help appreciated.

Hey Ray, just want to tell you that If I enable all video tweaks every video software will not use the hardware acceleration that should bee available. Software like PoverDVD 6 don't use DXVA and DivX player don't use acceleration.

I know it. One times, when I first added Video Tweaks I completely broke my system so I unable to play any video files without BSOD. Only reinstalling Catalys can help

Advanced Tweaks section is just simply registry editor, so anyone can add anything they like.

Why you think so??? I tired to answer on such questions! If someone unable to use search, why I have to answer 100 times on the same questions?

Hey, do you need to have att running in the taskbar at all in order for the customisations done with it to take effect? In other words if I reboot/remove att from startup, will it know what settings I have changed? Well I'm thinking it can, one of the reasons you can run custom game profiles via a shortcut, and not just in att itself.

Also does direct3d handle z-buffer depth at all? If so it would be nice to be able to switch it on/off in a profile (and then you can have it with a game profile). Also changing pixel shader versions via profile would be nice me thinks. :o

If ATT is not in CCC mode, no needs in ATT in memory to keep 3D settings. But if you have CCC installed, or switched ATT into CCC emulation mode , after restart Catalyst automaticaly will reset all 3D settings

Hey Ray would it be possible to add a profile section to the tweaks page of att, that way when we make game profiles we can select at least the standard tweaks, like going down to 1.1 shader model to increase performance etc. if we choose to

Also, would it be possible to have a profile feature for saving monitor shape controls (like vertical/horizontal, trapezoid, etc) and have att remember these settings and use them? Sometimes I find after a few hard-powerdowns the monitor reverts back to the factory settings (it uses the monitor inf settings I thin).

ATT has profiles for monitors too.

How about an option, in the form of a button maybe, that let's you choose IF you want a game profile on the desktop OR have it sit in att, NOT both (basically like a second button, 'add to desktop and remove from att'). So I can have an option to only have my profiles on desktop and keep att clean.
Sorry if I'm making too many requests now.

It is not possibble ATT must have information about game profile in internal list of profiles to be able to apply settings
