Still no custom resolutions with 5.6?

I have applications as well as games that require custom resolutions (especially on my laptop since it's an abnormal native resolution), and as I stated in my 5.4 thread, I am no longer able to add custom resolutions. This issue was supposed to be fixed with the 5.6 drivers.

Currently, I'm using the Omega 5.6's, and I *still* cannot add my custom resolutions with Powerstrip. Does anyone know what's causing this problem? I remember reading it may only be an issue with X800XL cards, which is what I own. Can anyone clarify the situation?

Thanks in advance,
Shmenge

you could try using refreshfix or refreshforce (they are more for forcing your refreshrate, but both have support for adding custom resolutions)
