How would you go about fixing the memory leak?

Is there any way to combine the 3 cli.exe things into one? I know this might sound petty, but as OCD as I am, I hate multiple applications of the same name running. (Still havent figured out how to only have one SVChost-LOL)

How would you go about installing a 3rd party driver with out useing the regular control panel that comes with it? AKA use CCC with brand X drivers.

*Question that everyone might want an awnser too*
I've heard that you can make a batch file that can remove all traces of basicaly anything that would do anything with your ATI card (basicaly the functions of driver cleaner) but then it can also restart your pc and install the drivers that you tell it to. Like a automated driver uninstaller, updater. I know alot of people hate the hassle of sitting here for 10 minutes to change drivers back and froth and alot of people have problems with there drivers becuase they somehow missed a little bit of a previous driver.
Thanks

#1 take a look. to cut paste from my survey...
at resource useage open the windows task manager
Hit: CTL + ALT + Delete
Then go to view, select columns, make sure the virtual memory size box is checked,
click ok Post here the CLI.exe Memory usages for each
#2 No!
*one is a run time,
*one is the system try icon wich is "optional" easyist way to remove from startup it is delete the short cut in the programs/statup folder
*one is CCC itself
#3 while you'd need to uninstall thier 3rd party control panel, install CCC
useing the CCC only download as found in the low speed section here:
https://support.ati.com/ics/support/...questionID=640
Tkeep in mind some 3rd party apps such as overclockers, tools etc.. are not
compatable with CCC as in they can couse issues though they can be made to
work poperly by the programs author. ATI made the information available to
make CCC compatable plugins but few to none have done it yet.
#4 use driver cleaner
