How to disable DDC detection ?

Hello, i ve got simple question - how to disable DDC detection in Catalyst 5.2 ? I've got a problem because ATI driver not always detects my monitor DDC - I've got 4 yeard old IBM P76 - but it works fine and i haven't these problems on old GeForce 3 card (now i have Radeon 9600XT).... I use Refresh force but when DDC information don't work (somtimes works sometimes not) I have 60 Hz..... Please help me... How to disable DDC detection? I want do do it without any programs in tray - i don't like programs like refresh lock or ATI tray tools

displays/monitor uncheck "use dcc info"

I'm not 100% sure... but try the following:

Click on the "View" button in the top left corner
Then go to "Monitor Properties" and uncheck "Use Extended Display Identification Data (EDID)"
