Omega 4.12 runs very hot
I started noticing artifacts in far cry lately and I dont overclock. I checked the temp in the overdrive panel and it was at 77. Turning off overdrive and lowering AI seemed to keep the temp down a bit, but I still see occasional artifacts. Anyone else having similar probs?

I've noticed that it does run 2-3 C hotter as well. This is mainly when it's idle though. I have the AC system on mine so it still never goes over 55 C except on maybe doom 3. The ATI 4.12 drivers were running even hotter though. I have no problem with the drivers so it doesn't bother me. As for artifacts, I haven't noticed anything, but I'll do a test some time.
