ATI Tool Fan Control Speed!
Ok I have gotten ATI Tool and overclocked my x800 pro sapphire 256 MB to 580 MHZ Memory and 540 MHZ Core and Ive set my fan speed to 100% in the settings menu and my card is 38 degrees C on idel and goes to around 45-50 in intense 3d games, now for the question: will setting my video card fan to 100% affect my cards life?...I dont want my card to overheat you know?

100% fan speed is better for the card, and that temperture is fine.

40 to 50 C is excellent, i wouldn't worry about it.
