Help > omega drivers won't uninstall

Hello,

I dont know why or how but I am having all these video glitches.. matrix like dots on bootup windows logo.. stutters appearing when playing video with windows media player and just now when i started counterstrike i had flickering squares all over the place and my laptop restarted when i was about to start a game.

I reckoned that the solution will be to unistall the omega drivers 2.5.90 but when i go to add/remove programs i get a prompt saying "unable to uninstall older or non-ATI display drivers".

I tried going into safe mode but my login name won't allow me to access safe mode for a reason.

I am stucked. What should I do? Can i alter any settings and fix the problem to start with? i think installing the original drivers will be the best solution if it's possible.

My specs

Dell Latitute 600
Pentium M, 1.6ghz
512mb ram
Ati mobility radeon 9000
DirectX 9.0c
Omega drivers 2.5.90

More specs on request. I don't know what to do, please bear in mind my individual circumstances before offering your advise. It is important to realise that i cannot access safe mode or unistall the ATI display driver from the control panel.

I appreciate your expertise,
Ash
