Hydravision ?

Does the 9700 Support Hydra vision and if so how do you enable it ?

1.9Ghz AMD
512 DDR ram
9700 PRo
Audigy Platinuim

well from this page: http://mirror.ati.com/companyinfo/gl...ion/index.html it appears that radeon 9700 doesn't support hydravision, but from reviews that I've seen it does, look for a hydravision utill on your driver cd.

My driver cd was somewhat not worth using was a dodgy cdr with 2 driver files which of one the control panel would fail to install so i have had to use the ones posted here.

I presume hydrovision allows me to have two different resolusions on two differnent monitors?

If anyone has hydrovision and can post it please do i can provide webspace if needed.

Hydravision 3.10.1010, the posted version on the ATI site for the 9700 Pro does NOT work for me. Dual monitior support does, and currently using UltraMon which is not a good enough replacement. Hydravision DID remember application placement on preferred monitor and put dialog boxes in the right place.

Is there a Beta Hydravision that works. I may have to go back to 6166 (please NO) to have hydravision work, and then it still may not work.
