Really anoying problems with 3rd party drivers + 4.10+ drivers

Heyo all I hope someone can help me

Whenever I install 3rd party drivers such as the omega drivers or any ati drivers after 4.10 I get really anoying problems.

To start with I uninstall the ati drivers (4.10s work fine), restart in safe mode, run drivercleaner, restart and install 3rd party/4.10+ drivers (omegas or 4.11/4.12b), then restart.
When it starts back up again into windows I get asked again to reinstall gfx drivers. I also get a message stating - FILE NEEDED "the file 'atinmdxx.sys' on ati drivers cd is needed, type the path where the file is located" blah blah blah, this happens every time I restart. Also with 3rd party drivers or drivers after the 4.10s my screen jumps every few seconds randomly, it actually jumps or hutters up then down very fast like a flicker. ALSO, yes there's more, with 3rd party drivers or drivers after 4.10s in CounterStrike Source weapon models and the spinning boxes at the start off the stress test flicker and disappear randomly. This never happend with my 9800Pro (Sapphire) which I recently replaced with a Sapphire X800 XT.

Is there something I should be doing? Is this a known problem or what because I can't find a single thing about it

ok s the jumping was caused by one of the catalyst control pannel "options" tab settings. Thats sorted.

The flickering seems to be only with source engine games and is being dealt with in the 4.12/HL2 sticky post (although 4.11 have the same problems).

So that leaves the prompt at the start of windows to instakll new drivers even though drivers are installed. This happens with cats 4.11 and 4.12betas (ignore 3rd party for now). 4.10 work perfectly fine.

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE
