You're not overclocking in any way are you? Try to put the agp to 4x and set fastwrites off if they're on.

this is going to be highly unhelpful but, Tiny computers are crap, the spec looks very nice but theyve probably ruined it, most of these companies do (Dell is alright tho) so dont be suprised if its nothing to do with drivers.

but thats the thing, they dont tell you what makes the parts are, so they could be the cheapest and nastiest bits ever, which really wouldnt suprise me, dont be shocked if that 9800 is actually an SE model which is one of the worst 9800's there is

First, Go find the latest chipset drivers for your system board, and install them, this goes for your audio card as well. I recommend you download Omega's drivers for your ATI video card. Download Drivercleaner from this site and run it following its directions, then install the Omega drivers.
Can you tell us what service pack is installed on your computer? It wouldn't hurt to get XP up to date as well.
It may well be your PSU, 300W is NOT enough, IMO, with all the features you have. Get a 450W or better.
Add your system specs to your signature here.

yeh 300 watts youd be lucky for anything to work with that spec i recon, i think most people recomment about 400 or more watts for that kind of rig, i just get away with it on a 350, but the machine is unstable at times (not the one im on now but my xp 3000+ rig).
also as he said update your chipset drivers, your agp driver could be at fault there.

youll just have to trust us on it not being powerful enough, you need that bit extra anyway because of the graphics card requiring an extra power connector.
to find out what chipset drivers you need, download a tool called cpu-z thatll tell you the exact model of your motherboard n hopefully what chipset you are running.
if its via you want the via 4-in-1 drivers from viaarena.com
if its an intel chipset (which i can see it all being integrated) then you will probably need the intel inf update, probably available from intels site, funny enough ;p if youd feel safer follow the link cpu-z gives you for the manufacturers page and get it from their site

well seen as your motherboard seems to be via based, go for the via 4-in-1 drivers from http://www.viaarena.com that will be your chipset drivers.

w00t!!!! INSANE I THINK I GOT THE ANSWER FOR ALL YOUR PROBLEMS GUYS
ive also bought one of them tiny pcs, and if i play high power demanding games like battlefield2 or half-life 2 after a while it will crash.
ive tryed LOTS AND LOTS of ways to fix it and ive already done all the things you guys said inthis post but it dosnt fix..
i sent my PC to a computer shop and they said the motherboard is too old and crap to support that much power, i also have a fic p4m-800m and they said that this motherboard is shit, tiny may offer good things but you they will give u other important pieces which are crap
they suggested an new motherboard so as soon as i get a new one and it stops crashing i will let you know
ive had this pc sinse christmas and its been crashing and i also changed my graphics card and still dos so lets hope
for people who are reading this, NEVER buy a tiny computer you may think its good specs but the small pieces are most inportant which they WILL RIP YOU OFF ON
